Minimum deposit
77W's minimum deposit is MYR 30. Each welcome bonus also names a minimum deposit: MYR 30 for the 100% Slots Welcome Bonus and MYR 30 for the 50% Live & Sport Welcome Bonus.
If you want the slots bonus, the first deposit is the one that counts. The 100% Slots Welcome Bonus applies to the first deposit only and adds 100% of the first deposit, up to MYR 500, so the size of that payment sets the size of the bonus.
Deposit methods
Each method 77W accepts is run by an outside company or network, not by 77W, so a payment that fails before it leaves your bank or wallet is a question for that provider first. If the service you want to use is not in the table, ask 77W before you send money through it.

Withdrawals
77W's minimum withdrawal is MYR 50. 77W processes a withdrawal request within 5 minutes.
That figure is processing time, which is 77W's part of the payout. Once 77W has processed a withdrawal, the receiving bank or payment service decides when the money shows in your account, and each one works to its own schedule. 77W cannot speed that step up, and this page makes no promise about it.
A balance under MYR 50 stays in the account until it reaches the minimum. Money that came from a bonus has one more condition: its turnover.
Turnover before a withdrawal
Turnover is the total value of bets you have to place before bonus money can be withdrawn. Each 77W bonus sets its own multiple and says what that multiple is applied to.
The 100% Slots Welcome Bonus carries 15x turnover on deposit + bonus. Deposit MYR 100 and receive a MYR 100 bonus, and the MYR 200 total at 15x comes to MYR 3,000 in bets before a withdrawal. The 50% Live & Sport Welcome Bonus asks for 35x on deposit + bonus, and Weekly VIP Cashback asks for 5x on the cashback amount.
Rebates work differently. A rebate carries no turnover, so it can be withdrawn straight away once your balance meets the MYR 50 minimum.
Before you take a bonus with a deposit, read its turnover requirements, because until they are met that money cannot be withdrawn. 77W's terms let it change or end a promotion at any time, so the terms that count are the ones on 77W's promotion page on the day you deposit.
Amounts are in ringgit
Every amount 77W shows is in Malaysian ringgit (MYR), from the minimum deposit to the cap on weekly cashback. DuitNow, FPX and Touch 'n Go eWallet all move ringgit, so paying with one of them involves no currency change on your side.
Cryptocurrency is the exception, because its value against the ringgit keeps moving. Before you send any, ask 77W's support which coins it accepts and how a crypto deposit is shown in ringgit.
When a payment looks stuck
Start with what you can check yourself.
- Check that the deposit met the MYR 30 minimum.
- For a withdrawal, check whether any bonus money in the balance still has turnover to meet.
- If 77W has processed a withdrawal and it has not shown in your account, ask the receiving bank or payment service as well as 77W.
If none of these explains it, contact support with the details from your payment receipt in your first message. If a dispute cannot be settled with 77W, there is no Malaysian regulator to take it to.
